Pan-Roasted Herbed Chicken Breast with Glazed Carrots and Endives

A Chef Curry original, that actually incorporates all five flavors that our tongue can detect.  He starts with a couple of chicken breasts(umami), rubbed with fresh rosemary, oregano and rosemary.  Then, he braises some endives(bitter), dices them up, and adds in some diced carrots.  Then a sauce is made from lime juice(sour), tamari(umami and salty) and honey(sweet).  The finished meal is one that is my most popular…so far. 🙂
